Your Mission

• Strategic Leadership – Develop and execute the group’s IT and digital transformation strategies. Align technology vision with business strategy across multi-entity operations. Advise executive leadership on emerging technologies, risk, and opportunity.
• Team & Operations Management – Lead and mentor the internal IT team, setting direction and ensuring SLAs. Oversee helpdesk and user support, issue escalations, and performance metrics and lead internal technical projects including migrations, integrations, and automation.
• Infrastructure & Systems Oversight – Manage hybrid cloud environments (Microsoft 365, Azure, Contabo VPS). Oversee servers, networks, CCTV, access control, and telephony systems and ensure robust ERP and CRM system integration with business operations.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance – Develop and execute cybersecurity strategy: firewalls, endpoint protection, penetration testing, and audits. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, GDPR, and maintain risk and audit documentation.
• Application & Database Management – Oversee the Microsoft 365 suite (Azure AD, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and manage critical databases (MS SQL, MySQL) supporting operations and reporting. Support API integration and coordination of digital platforms.
• Vendor & Financial Oversight – Lead vendor selection, contract negotiation, and third-party integrations. Manage IT budgets, investments, and roadmaps to ensure value delivery.
• Business Process Optimization – Lead automation initiatives across departments. Leverage technology to improve customer experience and internal efficiency.
• Resilience & Continuity – Implement and manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity systems (Veeam, Acronis, Azure). Maintain robust monitoring, observability, and alerting systems.

You Bring

• Senior leadership experience in IT or DevOps-heavy environments.
• A strong track record in enterprise architecture, cloud ops, and cybersecurity.
• Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.
• Fluent in modern infrastructure stacks and automation tools (Veeam, Azure, etc.).
