We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ship Registration Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vessel registrations and related documentation while maintaining strong communication with clients, flag authorities, and other stakeholders.

Your Mission

• Handle ship registration procedures (new builds, ownership transfers, de-registration, flag changes).
• Prepare, review, and submit statutory documents in compliance with international maritime regulations.
• Liaise directly with clients, shipowners, managers, and authorities to ensure smooth processes.
• Maintain accurate records of registration documentation and timelines.
• Provide professional support and guidance to clients regarding ship registration requirements.
• Coordinate with classification societies, notaries, and other maritime service providers.

Requirements:

• At least 2–3 years of experience in ship registration, maritime administration, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of international ship registration procedures and flag state requirements.
• Excellent communication skills with proven ability to manage client relationships.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with maritime documentation systems.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages will be an asset.
